In our search to add new and compatible genetics to our herd, we added JYF Galveston 383G. We concentrate on the economic traits that will help make our herd and the herds of our customers more profitable. Galveston is a unique piece in that he is an outcross to our herd and the AI bloodlines that we have been incorporating into our herd with both Chunk and Made to Order. He is good footed and has excellent conformation in a well muscled frame – a great recipe for making future herdsires. He should also bring maternal traits to the table and has a great disposition to boot. He is homo polled.
